The first step in the process is the easiest: stop by one of our authorized retailers to view our Silestone® displays and color samples. Once there, an experienced Kitchen & Bath representative will answer any questions you might have. If you are interested in continuing with the installation of Silestone (which we're sure you will when you see it for yourself and find out all the facts), your kitchen plans will be reviewed and you will be able choose design, color, and edging options. Once you've made your choices, a pricing estimate can be created.

Once all you questions are answered and you approve the pricing estimate, the authorized retailer will prepare the ordering package and forward it to Wilbedone, Inc. Wilbedone will then contact you directly and verify if all items involved in the project are available at the jobsite, and then schedule an appointment for a template visit. During the template visit all final decisions are made and choices about overhangs, edge details, faucet drillings, etc are recorded into production paperwork prior to fabrication.
